Issa Asad is the CEO and co-owner of IPrepay Inc and Reliable Telecard. He began his operations in Florida and has become one of the leading sellers of prepaid phone cards. As one of the first suppliers of phone cards in the late 90's Issa Asad developed a real-time PIN delivery system that allowed for the creation of electronic delivery pre-paid cards. This technology turned phone cards into the multi-million dollar industry that it is today.

Issa Asad likes to write hubs about the changing technology in the telecom industry and how it effects the world around us. For example, the rise of mobile telephones has drastically changed the phone card industry. Most phone cards have moved into the digital relm and don't simply rely on basic plastic cards anymore.

Currently Issa Asad is still involved in the telecom industry.
